The Theatre District Association of Western New York and M&T Bank invite you to Buffalo's historic Theatre District on Friday September 20th, 2013 for the 32nd annual Curtain Up! event.

This year, event producer Titan Entertainment will transform Main Street between Chippewa and Edward Streets to host a spectacular Mardi Gras style celebration of the opening of the Buffalo theatre season.

Start the evening off by joining Honorary Chairperson, distinguished playwright and Buffalo native A.R. Gurney at an elegant dinner under a magnificent bright white tent, lit with the faces of your favorite Buffalo actors, directors and designers.

Then, catch a show at any one of over 20 of Buffalo's outstanding professional theatres.

When the curtains fall, the free Theatre District street party goes into full gear! Outdoor stages will feature a wide variety of music and dancing and enjoy dramatic strolling entertainment complete with fire eaters, stilt walkers, vibrant color and the music of Bourbon Street in this incredible twist on one of Buffalo's most exciting annual affairs!
